* DAILY RATES See above for the base rate. **Add on 10% ROOM TAX and a $15.00 per day Utility Surcharge to the Base rate. All Rates are based on 1 or 2 persons in a room or apartment The cost for each additional person in any accomodation is $10 per night

*GUARANTEED SPACE Space is guaranteed once you fax or scan your signed authorization pertaining to the Cancellation/Penalty fee. (please see details on Cancellation Policy & Penalties outlined below).
* PAYMENT Visa, Mastercard, US Cash and Travellers Checks. For Special or Discounted Rates we only accept cash We offer a 5% discount for cash payment upon check in PLEASE NOTE - If you already have made a booking relating to one of our Discounted Special ratess, you will not receive this additional 5%)
*DISCOUNTED GROUP RATES Must be 3 persons sharing a room. Minimum 9. Maximum 12 Booking not less than 7 nights Credit Card payment NOT accepted. Cash or Travellers Checks only, upon check in.
*CANCELLATION POLICY & PENALTIES
SUMMER PENALTY $250.00. This will be charged to your Credit Card, if we have not received, within 21 days of your reservation, a signed letter, scanned or faxed to us, notifying us of your cancellation.
WINTER PENALTY $500.00 This will be charged to your Credit Rard if we have not received, within 30 days of your reservation, a signed letter, scanned or faxed to us, notifying us of your cancellation.
If you do not show up on your Reserved Check in date, the penalty will also apply and the Credit Card will be charged.
For bookings of less than 3 nights, there will be a penalty for each night reserved.
