* DAILY RATES See above for the base rate. **Add on 10% ROOM TAX and a $15.00 per day Utility Surcharge to the Base rate. All Rates are based on 1 or 2 persons in a room or apartment The cost for each additional person in any accomodation is $15 per night

*DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT TO GUARANTEE ACCOMMODATION Space is guaranteed once you fax or scan a signed letter authorizing us to process your credit card for a one night charge, (including tax), and the charge has been successfully processed by us.
* PAYMENT Visa, Mastercard, US Cash and Travellers Checks. We charge your credit card for one night once you send a signed authorization for us to do so. The balance must be paid upon check in. For any special or discounted offers, the balance must be paid in Cash upon check in. Otherwise we charge your Credit Card We offer a 5% discount for cash payments (PLEASE NOTE - If you already have made a booking relating to one of our Discounted Special rates, you will not receive this additional 5%)
*DISCOUNTED GROUP RATES Must be no less than 3 persons sharing a room. Minimum 9. Maximum 11 Booking not less than 7 nights Credit Card payment accepted only for a night charge per room. Balance must be paid in Cash or Travellers Checks, upon check in.
*CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY * April 16 2011 to December 19th 2011- 1 night room & tax if cancelled/changed inside 10 Days of arrival. * December 20, 2011 to April 15,2012- 3 nights room & tax if cancelled/changed inside 21 Days of arrival. Cancellations or changes made after check-in are subject to a 100% charge.
